By booking with RedCity Rides you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All prices shown are per vehicle (transport) or per person (excursions/tours) unless otherwise stated. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and are not subject to change after confirmation.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the service value. No-shows are charged in full.
RedCity Rides is fully licensed and insured under Moroccan law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are behaving inappropriately or who pose a safety risk to our drivers or vehicles.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
